SHIPPING
I try my hardest to pack your items as best I can to prevent any damage to your precious order however, Postage can be rough and sometimes unpreventable. I also try to package everything with minimum or no plastic if possible.
RETURNS
If you receive your goods damaged or broken, I unfortunately cannot take responsibility or accept returns due to health and safety. Please let me know if this happens to your items and I will do my best to try and work something out for you.
Please note, Australia Post do not operate on weekends or public holidays. For example, if you place your order before 10am AEST on Friday, then it will be delivered the following Monday.

MISS MOO BARS
I handcut each bar. I aim to get each bar 135g, however this is not always possible. The images are a guide only, please allow for variations in size, cut, colour & scent.
SOAP CARE
To prolong the life of your bar, keep away from water after use and place on draining tray or loofah to keep dry.
Miss Moo handmade natural soap bars are fairly large. I like to cut mine for easy handling, so please feel free to do so.
